It isn’t enough to be able to run\, jump\, or throw. You have to be able to use your neck\, your back\, your arms\, your legs\, and everything else that you can control to help win a wrestling bout\, wrestling training involves various movements that will help your child develop important athletic skills. Classes are conducted by a Master of Wrestling Oleg Poloz. \nThe training sessions include: acrobatics\, gymnastics\, physical training\, and core studies and various methods of fighting and struggling as well as defense techniques in Freestyle Wrestling. This kind of fighting is universal and very diverse and will be useful to anyone in life. \nFreestyle Wrestling is brilliant for children\, it makes them brave\, strong\, and most importantly educated and disciplined.
